The shipping and handling rate is calculated on the order Value:

UK & BFPO: Cost of S&H is a minimum of £4.50, then 13%


Europe EU: Cost of S&H is 20%, Minimum S&H cost is £10.00

USA and Canada: Cost of S&H is 30%, Minimum cost is £10.00

Australia, New Zealand and Rest of the World Airmail: Cost of S&H is 30%, Minimum S&H cost is £10.00

Despatch time can take anything up to 7 working days. Please allow up to 28 days from the date of your order before enquiring about a missing parcel.

We will email you to let you know that your order has been shipped so you can look out for it, or alternatively, you can log on and track your order.
If you have received a shipping confirmation email but have not received your order within 7 working days (in the UK) then please contact us immediately at so we can sort it out.

If we are posting overseas we will be shipping by airmail which may take a little bit longer but if you have received a shipping confirmation email but not received your order within 15 working days please contact us at

We hold most of our products in stock but like most businesses, our stock levels fluctuate with demand. Where there might be a delay in shipping certain products these are marked “normally ships in 2-3 working days”.
If we are out of stock when we come to fulfil your order we will let you know and we will also advise you on the expected delay in delivering to you, if this is not acceptable to you we will refund you in full.

Also, we reserve the right to deliver to you in the most efficient and secure manner available to us, this means that we sometimes use signed for services like Recorded “Signed For” Delivery, Next Day Special Delivery and International “Signed For” and “Airsure” options even when they haven’t been specifically chosen by you. These services mean that someone needs to be at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery. Please bear this in mind when you are ordering.

What happens if I am unhappy with my purchase?

At ML Walsingham & Son we want you to be totally satisfied with our products and our service. Occasionally though, we know that you may want to return items. That’s why we offer a 30-day returns guarantee which is a further 23 days on top of your statutory right to withdraw – “the cooling-off period*”.

We hope you won’t be unhappy with your purchase but if for any reason you are then you can cancel the order if we haven’t shipped it, or if we have already shipped it, return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.

To cancel your purchase within the 30 day guarantee period, please email info @ giving the reason for the return and your order reference number from your electronic receipt.

Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us with a copy of your electronic email receipt so that we receive it within 30 working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you, then we may not be able to refund you so you may want to consider Registered Post.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an order or if we have already shipped the goods our receipt of them back in the original condition, then we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal postage charge.
